The short film A QUIET COURAGE starring Louise Jameson, Annette Badland and Suzanne Procter will be shown as part of the Hackney Attic Film Festival.
Based on Andrew Campbell-Kearsey’s poignant short story about kindness and loneliness, A Quiet Courage follows a truly good woman as she tries, as she always has, to do the right thing in a world where that is unusual. Sad, funny and ultimately uplifting, this is a story of kindness rewarded, an unlikely friendship and an even unlikelier redemption.
The film will be screened on Tuesday 30th August at 19.30
